Step 2: Fitting Kit Delivery
Once you’ve reached out, and after a few questions, I’ll send you a specially curated fitting kit to your doorstep. This part of the journey usually takes 3-5 working days. Our fitting kits are designed to make the process convenient and accurate. Inside the kit, you’ll find everything you need to measure yourself accurately and provide the information required for a customized fit.

- Measurement Guide: A detailed guide on how to measure yourself correctly.
- Tape Measure: A high-quality tape measure for precise measurements.
- Instructions: Step-by-step instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Fabric Samples: Explore and choose from fabric samples for your bespoke lingerie.
- Embellishment Samples and suggestions: Decide on personalized embellishments to add a unique touch to your bras and undies.
- Return Label: Prepaid return label for returning the kit with your measurements.
Step 3: Measurement Process

Follow the step-by-step instructions in the fitting kit to measure yourself accurately. This will most likely take you around 30 minutes. Don’t worry; it’s easier than you think! If you need any assistance during this process, I’m just a message away.
Tips for Accurate Measurements:
- Measure snugly but not too tight.
- Double-check your measurements to ensure accuracy.
- Wear a well-fitting, non-padded bra for bust measurements.
Step 4: Embellishment and Fabric Selection: The Journey of Bespoke Elegance
Take your time to choose from the fabric samples and explore embellishment options. Personalize your lingerie to reflect your style, ensuring a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Again, I’m here to help with every step of the Journey.
Step 5: Sample Garment Fitting
For added perfection, a sample garment – a mock-up of your lingerie – to check for any fitting adjustments that may be needed. This extra step ensures the final product is tailored to your body seamlessly. Please note that this may add extra time to the overall process, but the result is well worth it.
Allow up to 8 additional weeks if a sample garment is required as it may take more than one to get your perfect fit.
Step 6: Order Processing
Receive notifications at key stages of the production process:
- Hand-Cutting: Know when your order is on the cutting table that day for precise cutting along with every item required to complete your bespoke order.
- Handcrafted: Be informed when your bespoke lingerie is being meticulously crafted to perfection.
I usually say to allow 3 weeks for your order processing, but this will depend on supplies and my workload at the time. I will notify you of any known delays and keep you informed as we progress.
Step 7: Shipping Notification
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to notify you of the completion of your order, and once it’s collected by the courier, you will then receive a shipping notification with tracking details. Watch as your personalized lingerie makes its way to your doorstep. Delivery is generally up to 5 working days.
Step 8: Unboxing and Delight
